The newly renovated Sorosis Park, located at "D" and Main Streets in Waurika is nearing completion. The final phase includes an engraved brick walkway through the garden area in the southeast corner of the park. Bricks can be purchased along the walkway to honor WHS classes, current and former businesses as well as bricks honoring or in memory of family members or for the entire family. Bricks are available in 4 x 8 or 8 x 8 sizes.

Engraved bricks along the walkway is a great way to honor relatives past and present and will be in place for generations to come. Your donation will not only provide a lasting memory, but will also help complete the park.

Profits from this project will be split between the Sorosis Park Project and the Waurika Public School Foundation that provides grants for teachers to provide funding for opportunities above and beyond those available through traditional school funding. More than $100,000 has been granted to date to support educational opportunities for WHS students.
