Help Build our Memorial Pathway
Throughout the years, BENCHS supporters have purchased engraved bricks and pavers in honor of beloved pets, family, friends and special events. These personalized bricks and pavers are scattered throughout a beautiful walkway at the back of our premises. This path, the Memorial Walkway, meanders among wonderful flower gardens which bloom each spring and summer.
Bricks and pavers will be engraved with state-of-the-art technology, guaranteed to last a lifetime. Your choice of artwork can be added to bricks memorializing a person or beloved pet. Bricks are 4 in. x 8 in. and cost $250. Pavers are 8 in x 8 in. for $500. Both can be purchased for the purpose of:
– Remembering a beloved pet
– Honoring or memorializing a loved one
– Recognizing a special staff member or volunteer
– Your personal legacy
Funds raised through the Memorial Pathway will be used to further the BENCHS mission of finding loving forever homes for homeless cats and dogs, using spay/neuter programs to reduce the number of unwanted pets, and reuniting lost/found animals with their owners.
Please consider purchasing a brick or paver to be permanently placed in the Memorial Walkway at BENCHS. What a wonderful way to honor a special pet, friend, or family member. Many days you can see our fabulous Dog Enrichment Program volunteers walking the dogs through this lovely oasis. Staff and volunteers can be found enjoying a peaceful moment among the flowers. We invite you to enjoy it too.
