Widefield Parks and Recreation is offering an opportunity for community members, alumni, and sponsors to own a part of the Recreation Center. We will be creating a brick garden within the landscape in front of the Recreation Center.
Bricks will be available for purchase with the ability to customize allowing you to advertise a company, celebrate you, your family, honor a loved one, or make a memoriam. The donated bricks will become a part of the Widefield Parks and Recreation Campus and Recreation Center as a lasting tribute, paving the way for generations to come.
It is easy to get started. Read on for the details about how to take advantage of this exceptional program that allows people to become a permanent part of Widefield Parks and Recreation campus.
Ordering opens April 1, 2024 and closes May 31, 2024. The brick garden will be built the fall of 2024. Space is limited so place your order soon.
All proceeds from brick purchases will contribute to the Aaron Gutierrez Scholarship Fund, helping individuals and families from the Widefield community who may not have the financial ability to participate in programs and activities.
BRICK DETAILS: The bricks are 4”x8”x2 ¼” or 8”x8”x2 ¼” and are engraved using state of the art laser technology. Every brick engraving is guaranteed for life.
All brick purchases and donations are Tax-Deductible.
