FAQs

1. How soon will my brick be installed?
Our goal is to install the bricks by the end of the school year. More details to come.

2. How will I find my brick?
We think looking is half the fun; however, if you have trouble finding your brick, please let us know, and we will be happy to help you find it.

3. What should I write on my brick?
You can write anything you like, as long as it is family appropriate and fits in the allotted spaces per line. Text will be centered on the brick. True North reserves the right to approve all brick messages. Examples of brick text messages are given above.

4. What if I want to change the text on my brick or get a larger size?
You can make changes to your brick up until we place the order with the brick company. Once that order is placed, it is final. However, you are welcome to purchase an additional brick. If you feel changes must be made to your brick, please contact us immediately (see contact info below), and we will do whatever we can to assist you.
