Southwind at Spearville is a 28-bed skilled nursing, long-term care non-profit organization focused on the care of seniors in a family like environment. A local board of directors governs the organization. Our mission is a vision created by caring for each other with kindness, compassion, and respect, guided by small-town values. The care for residents is person-centered and staff engage in caregiving relationships based upon an individual’s needs and personal desires. This person-centered model offers a full range of personal care and clinical services expected in a high-quality nursing home.

Support this non-profit organization by purchasing paver stones today with engravings of your choice. Remember and/or honor your loved ones and/or commemorate special events or accomplishments. Recognize your business or employers support of this worthwhile project. Your paver stones will be placed in a prominent location at the facility and are available in either 4 x 8 or 8 x 8 stones.
