As Sweeny Community Hospital moves into a new era in healthcare, we want to have the opportunity to memorialize those that have made an impact in our lives. The SCH Development Foundation is excited to host a Paver Project for the new hospital build. This project will be ongoing as to continue to memorialize loved ones as well as fund special projects to promote well-being the hospital and community. The pavers will be displayed in the front patio area for all to view.
