Paradise Bay Property Owners Association is excited to plan improvements in both POA owned parks and is seeking the help of our residents, local businesses, and corporations who are interested in helping us fulfill our goals. We are currently in the planning stages of installing a new seawall and walkway at our North Park. A seawall would improve safety at the north park and reduce future washout. In lieu of increasing dues, we have chosen to fundraise for a walkway which would memorialize current or past residents, families, loved ones, local businesses, corporations, and more.
