Moorpark City Library Commemorative Brick Fundraiser
Make It a Grand EntranceThe Moorpark Friends of the Library and the Moorpark Morning Rotary Club are excited to announce their collaboration in a major campaign for the benefit of the new Moorpark City Library. We invite individuals, families, organizations, and businesses to memorialize their support of this inspiring place of learning and experience by contributing a paving brick for the entry walkway on the north side.
Make It More Beautiful Inside
100% of the profits from this campaign will be dedicated to purchasing furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and a special children’s area. Your support will help to make our library an inviting and comfortable place for residents of all ages to learn; read; buy affordable books; meet with friends for crafts, art, music, and other special events; access new technologies; and enjoy community events. The possibilities are endless — and library services are free to the public!
Make a Legacy for Generations to Come
Supporters of this campaign can personalize a brick with their name or that of others as a personal remembrance or a gift for holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, or in memory of a loved one. Each brick will form a part of the fabric of this wonderful community and a special legacy to the City of Moorpark for many years.
Bricks are available for $250 each, and there is an additional option to purchase a mini-brick at $30 each, to keep as a token for yourself, or present to your family or friends. Sales will continue from now until at least the end of 2025. At the conclusion of the fundraiser, the bricks will be delivered for installation at the new library as specified by the City of Moorpark.
Make a Difference for Your Community
The Moorpark Friends of the Library and the Moorpark Morning Rotary Club extend their heartfelt gratitude for your generosity in making your Moorpark City Library a dynamic and treasured resource for our city.

To keep our fundraising efforts running smoothly, we cover transaction fees associated with online payments. While we can't automatically add PayPal fees for those who wish to absorb them, we’ve made it easy for you to contribute! If you'd like to help offset these costs, please consider adding $5.00 or more as an additional donation. Every little bit helps us maximize the impact of your contribution.
The bricks purchased in the New Moorpark City Library Fundraiser will be placed in an active walking pathway at the new Moorpark City Library. It is the intent of the City of Moorpark that they will remain here in perpetuity. While every effort will be made to avoid having to move the commemorative bricks, the City of Moorpark reserves the right to move, replace, or refurbish bricks if needed in the future at the City's sole discretion.
The Moorpark Friends of the Library is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax-exempt organization registered with the IRS and the State of California.
