The Edna Runner Tutorial Center, Simon L. Baker, and his family and friends are creating an organic living vegetable, fruit and butterfly garden, named Simon's Giving Garden. Simon had a contagious smile and kind heart. He was a great friend, son, brother, grandson and cousin – inviting, fun-loving, caring, giving. He loved to be on the mound with #10 on his back, in the moment with his creativity and camera and being with friends and family. His passions included: baseball, basketball, photography, art, and the beach. He attended Jupiter High School, where he excelled academically.

This very special garden includes pollinator plants for butterflies, a beautiful granite water fountain and areas where students can reflect and grow. The garden will bring together students, teachers, staff and volunteers to grow food, have fun, and find peace.

The garden was beautifully designed by Cotleur and Hearing and lovingly built by The Dirt Academy and Turtle Beach Construction (with a little help from our friends!).
