Our mission to renovate an historic building for a new community resource center with over four times the space of the current library is COMPLETE!! We held the grand opening February 4, 2026 and the reception has been overwhelming!! We have achieved patron visit numbers that we did not expect to hit for at least a year! This facility houses a technology section, a Community room for various events/programs, a Study room for small meetings/projects and the overall size is 4,000 square feet in library space compared to the previous library’s…..Page Memorial Library……..956 square feet! Plus, we have a patio of an addition 400+ square feet!
Our Capital Campaign began January 1, 2023 and we raised over $1 million in 35 months for the renovation which was completed at just over $1.1 million. The grassroots part of the campaign was most important, as nearly 20% of the money raised came from fundraisers and individual donations! THANK YOU!!!
By purchasing one or more legacy bricks (to be used at the front entry from street and from parking area) you will be assisting in our sustainability effort, so we can continue to bring new programs to the library for children, young adults, small businesses, home schoolers, adults and senior citizens.
